RETURNS
Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damages and Issues: If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@manitify.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unused, with all tool kit items
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@manitify.com.
